Midlife isn’t the end of your story,

it’s where direction matters most.

An Invitation

If what you’re doing isn’t working, you don’t always need to try harder.
Sometimes, you need to try different.

Midlife and long-term relationships have a way of surfacing questions we can no longer ignore—about identity, connection, direction, and what comes next. Facing these moments alone can feel overwhelming. If you’re considering starting or returning to therapy as a way to try something different, I’m glad you’re here.

As a therapist and, at times a therapy client myself, I know firsthand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable — and yet it is also an act of courage.  In my experience working with clients, I’ve witnessed the strength and resilience people bring to this stage of life—even when they feel tired, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.

When working together, I create a thoughtful, non-judgmental space where we slow down, allowing you to feel valued, seen and heard, and begin to make sense of what’s unfolding. My work is centered in helping women navigate midlife transitions and supporting couples who want to reconnect with greater clarity and intention. Together, we focus on what’s beneath the surface—patterns, dynamics, and unspoken tensions—and begin creating meaningful, sustainable change.

Therapy can be quietly powerful. Its impact often reaches beyond the therapy room, shaping how you relate to yourself, your partner, and your life moving forward.

If you’re ready to try different, this is your invitation to reach out.  I'd be honored to support you on your midlife journey and in your relationship.

Warmly,

Diseph
